Reaching New Heights
In 2014, we are initiating a new research initiative to raise the bar on understanding the facilitators and inhibitors for women in using power and influence. This seminal work will provide theoretical and practical insights into how the intersection of race and gender influences women as change agents and innovators.
Contributing Knowledge and Tools
This seminal study will examine the experiences of senior-level women and women of color driving change in corporations. The insights drawn from this unique population will provide thought leadership and a structure for developing talent, especially female talent, for organizations, globally.
Creating Impact
The synergistic collaboration between academics and corporate practitioners in the primary research team will bridge scholarly and practical audiences.
